Spottedheart opened her eyes. She was no longer by the Moonpool. She was sitting beside the lake. The water was lapping up against the shore so smoothly, and it seemed to be calling her name. She ciriously turned around. The grassy moorland was streached out behind her. She ciriously padded towrds the lake shore. She looked down into the whispering greenish water, noticing her reflection. She didn't have yellow eyes, they were more teal. And she was brown, not ginger, and she had darker stripes along with darker splotches. This was not her. This was Brighteyes! The ThunderClan medicine cat gasped. Panic rippled through her body. 'Why am I in Brighteyes's body?!' She yowled to herself. She scrambled to her paws, and broke into an akward run up the moorland, searching for any sign of StarClan. She opened her mouth, and let all the scents flow in, but she could only smell WindClan.
Spottedheart kept running, although her short legs were keeping her from it. She wasn't going to give up!
But then she skidded to a hault. The bush in front of her led right into WindClan camp. She shrugged, then meowed, "It's a dream." and padded in.
Once the bush branches scrapped across her fur, she saw the camp, and staired, jaw open.
There weren't any real cats around her. Just dark shadows that sat silently on the sides of the camp, gathered in a circle. "Hello?" She mewed, flinching. She wasn't used to sounding like her former apprentice, and it shocked her when she called out.
The circle of cats did not move, blink, and they didn't even have a scent! Spottedheart padded to the back of the camp, cautiously keeping her eyes widened. She remembered that WindClan didn't have a medicine cat, so she wondered why StarClan would bring her here. This freaked her out, but what freaked her even more, was a bright light behind two of the cats. She stopped, and narowed her eyes. Then the two cats tilted out of the way, and they dissapeared, leaving a small gray-blue cat behind them, about Brighteye's size. The tom's pelt was shining, and his eyes were bright blue, resembling Moonpool. He was verry muscular, and his nose had a scar on it. He looked oddly firmiliar to Spottedheart. He was stairing at her with horror, as if he had seen his leader die or something. His mouth opened, and one tiny gasp came out, "Sister?" Spottedheart staired, his blue gaze caught her. 'I want to be in my own body, among the stars with Blackpool, so he could explain what is going on.'
